Every price below is for one dog, before 13% HST. Tips are optional and go 100% to your groomer. Your price depends on two things: your dog's size and their coat.
1. Find your dog's size

2. Find your dog's coat
- Short: labs, beagles, boxers, pugs, Staffordshire terriers.
- Double: golden retrievers, huskies, shepherds, corgis, anything with a thick undercoat that sheds in clumps.
- Long and silky: shih tzus, yorkies, maltese, cocker spaniels.
- Wire: schnauzers, wire-haired terriers, border terriers.
- Curly and doodle: poodles, goldendoodles, labradoodles, bichons, anything that does not shed and keeps growing.
Not sure? Choose the closest match. Your groomer confirms at the door. If your dog is in a different group than you chose, we text you the corrected price and wait for your yes before we start. We never add a charge without your approval.
3. Full groom
Bath, blow-dry, haircut or tidy to your style, nails, ears and a brush-out. The groomer's time guide is in brackets.

A puppy's first groom is a gentler, shorter visit that teaches them what to expect. Book it as "Puppy intro" in the booking flow.
6. Things that change the price, listed upfront

Your postal code shows your travel zone before you book.
7. Cancelling or rescheduling
Free to change up to 24 hours before. After that, 50% of the booked price. If we cannot start because nobody is home, or you cancel within 2 hours, it is 100%. Full wording: Cancellation policy.
8. How you pay
Add a card when you book. It is charged once the groom is done, with a tip prompt. No deposit. Apple Pay and Google Pay work.
Questions
How long does a groom take?
It depends on size and coat. A small short-coated dog is about an hour. A large doodle can take two and a half hours. The time guide for every size and coat is on the pricing page, and your arrival window is 30 minutes.
How much does a groom cost?
It depends on size and coat, and the exact price is shown before you book. For example, a 30 lb goldendoodle's full groom is $185, and a 30 lb short-coated dog's full groom is $125. Prices are before 13% HST. The full list is on the pricing page.
Is HST included?
No. All prices are before 13% HST. The booking flow shows your total with tax before you confirm.
What is the minimum visit charge?
It is $130 per visit. The pricing tables show the price for each dog. If your visit total is below the minimum, you pay the minimum, so a second dog or an add-on often costs little extra. The booking flow shows your exact total before you confirm.
Could the price change on the day?
Only for three reasons: matting, behaviour handling, or a different size or coat than you booked. We text you the new price and wait for your yes. If you say no, we talk through the options with you before doing anything else.
Why does it cost more than a salon?
A salon grooms many dogs at once. Our groomer works with one dog, in a van that comes to you, so you pay for personal time and the visit. You also save the drive and the wait.
Is there a travel fee?
Your postal code decides your travel zone. The core zone is $0, the second zone is $10, and the outer zone is $20 on set days. You see the fee before you book.
Do you discount more than one dog?
Yes. The second dog at the same address and visit is 10% off, and each dog after that is 15% off.
Is there an offer for a first groom?
Yes: $20 off your first groom. It applies automatically when you book your first groom.
Do I tip, and who gets it?
Tips are optional and go 100% to your groomer. You see a tip prompt after the groom, when your card is charged.
When is my card charged?
After the groom, once your groomer marks it done. You add a card when you book, but nothing is charged before the visit. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, by email and in your account, with HST shown.
What if I need to cancel?
Free more than 24 hours before. Within 24 hours there is a fee of 50% of the booked price. Within 2 hours, or if nobody is there when we arrive, it is 100%. See the cancellation policy.
