A coat that is groomed on schedule is easier on your dog and quicker for the groomer. Groom Club rewards that.
What members get
- 12% off the one-off price of every groom, for the same dog and same service.
- A free add-on each visit: nail grind, teeth brushing or paw balm.
- First pick of our open times. Members see new openings before they are offered to everyone else.
- A standing slot. Pick a rhythm of every 4, 6 or 8 weeks and we hold your day and time. We text you before each visit, and you can move any single visit.
An example
Poppy, a 30 lb goldendoodle, has a full groom at $185 as a one-off. As a member she pays $162.80 per visit. Every visit also includes a free nail grind.
The terms, plainly
- Minimum term: 3 months.
- You are billed monthly for the visits in that month. The booked price is charged after each groom, as for any visit.
- Pause for holidays or illness any time. A pause does not count towards the minimum term.
- Cancel after the minimum term from your account, in two taps. No call needed.
- Surcharges for matting and behaviour handling still apply at the listed price. Member pricing applies to the groom itself.

Yes. There is a minimum term of 3 months. After that you can cancel from your account in two taps. You can pause for holidays or illness at any time.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs do well every 4 to 8 weeks. Curly and doodle coats, and any coat that mats, are best at 6 weeks or less. Short coats can stretch to 8 with regular baths.
