Texts go to our shared inbox and a person (or our assistant, checked by a person) replies. We answer in working hours, usually the same day. Standard message rates apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts.

Tell us your postal code and your dog's size if you can, so we can answer in one go. We reply by text or by whatever you tell us works best.

Chat

The chat bubble at the bottom of every page answers questions about prices, areas and policies, and hands you to a person for anything it cannot settle.
