Cancellation policy

Plain-language summary. The Terms of Service (Terms) hold the legal wording. If the two differ, the Terms apply.

• More than 24 hours before: change or cancel free, from your account or by text.
• Within 24 hours: a fee of 50% of the booked price.
• Within 2 hours, a no-show, or we cannot reach your dog or door: a fee of 100% of the booked price.
• If we are late or cancel: no fee to you, and we will make it right.
• If your groomer stops because your dog is unwell or too distressed: we charge only for the time worked, and we talk to you first.

The fee is charged to the card you added when you booked. You see these terms in the booking flow before you confirm.
